Tushar Kadam

Tushar Kadam has extensive experience in the business process outsourcing industry, currently serving as an Internet Researcher at Arpeo Solutions since July 2012, focusing on recruitment process outsourcing and cost reduction solutions. Prior to this role, Tushar worked as a Customer Service Associate at Intelenet Global Services from January 2011 to March 2012, where services were provided to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors. Tushar began the professional journey as an Account Manager in Pharmaceuticals at FDC Limited from July 2008 to December 2010, contributing to the development of high-quality healthcare products. Currently, Tushar is pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Oceanology at Kirti College, with studies ongoing since 2010.
