Janhavi Sonawane

Janhavi Sonawane is a dedicated professional in the field of recruitment and content creation, currently serving as a Researcher at The Human Factor since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle and enhancing the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
