Christophe You

Christophe You is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Directeur Adjoint des Operations at Arpilabe since November 2022. Previously, Christophe held the position of Consultant en création d’entreprise at Was Sport 2000 from September 2021 to March 2022. With extensive experience at Sanofi from January 2016 to March 2021, Christophe was responsible for managing Trade Marketing with sales reaching €650 million and leading National Sales with sales of €600 million. Prior roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb included Manager National Grands Comptes, focusing on major accounts, and Regional Director. Christophe began a career in the industry at UPSA Conseil as a Délégué pharmaceutique. Educationally, Christophe graduated from HEC Paris in Executive Management.
