Ahmed Serag

Ahmed Serag is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Cloud Communication and Carrier Services CPaaS Sr. Manager at ARPU Telecommunication Services (ARPU+) since July 2018. Prior to this role, Ahmed held multiple positions at Mobinil from May 2010 to July 2018, including Supervisor of VAS Projects, VAS Operations Sr. Engineer, and IS Supervision Engineer. Educationally, Ahmed obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from The German University in Cairo, coupled with a PMP certification from Riti in 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
