Blessy Suresh

Blessy Suresh has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. Blessy began their career at the University of Hyderabad as a Summer Research Student, where they worked on the synthesis of an anti-diabetic compound. Blessy also gained research experience at the University of Chicago, where they received the S N Bose Fellowship for summer research.

Suresh then pursued a Masters Degree in Chemistry at the National Institute of Science Education and Research, where they focused on enantioselective reactions for their thesis project.

After completing their Masters, they joined The Scripps Research Institute as a PHD Candidate. During their time there, they developed a novel approach to study fragment binding to RNA and explored targeting disease relevant RNAs using small molecules.

Currently, Suresh works at Arrakis Therapeutics as a Scientist, although the start and end dates are not provided.
