David Pedersen

David Pedersen has worked in a variety of roles in the medical and corporate fields. David began their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. In 2012, they became a Postdoctoral Fellow at UMass Medical School. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Consultant at ClearView Healthcare Partners and a Manager of In-house Consulting at Merck KGaA. In 2020, they became the Associate Director of Business Development and then the Director of Business & Corporate Development at Pyxis Oncology. David is currently the Director of Business & Corporate Development at Arrakis Therapeutics.

David Pedersen completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UNSW between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Exercise Physiology from RMIT University between 2002 and 2005.
