Shawn Ball

Shawn Ball is the current Chief Operating Officer at Array Behavioral Care. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at JSA Health Telepsychiatry from January 2017 to August 2018. Shawn has also served on the board of directors for SafePlace and CASA of Travis County. Shawn Ball has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Shawn began their career at Motorola Inc., SPS Networking and Computing Systems in 1999 as the Group Finance Controller. Shawn then moved to Freescale Semiconductor in 2003 and became the Financial Controller in 2008. In 2011, they became the Director of Finance, CFO at NXP acquires Freescale Semiconductor. Shawn Ball is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shawn Ball is a certified public accountant who received their BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University and their MBA from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Shawn also holds certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in Certified Internal Auditor and from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in Certified Public Accountant.
