Akira Moore

Akira Moore began their career in 2013 as a Sales Associate at T-Mobile. In 2015, they joined PNC as a Universal Banker and then moved to Citadel Credit Union in 2016 as an Assistant Market Manager and Senior Financial Services Representative. In 2021, they began working as a Business Development Specialist at Array. At T-Mobile, Moore was responsible for meeting a monthly sales goal while providing excellent customer service. At PNC, they used product knowledge to advise clients on strategies to maintain or improve financial wellbeing and followed safe cash management and handling protocols. At Citadel Credit Union, Moore was responsible for delivering a positive banking experience for members and resolving escalated member issues, maintaining a strong coaching and mentoring relationship with staff, providing oversight of branch operations, and adhering to established policies, procedures, and audit compliance standards.
