Emma Lockmiller, SHRM-CP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Emma began their career as a Human Resources Assistant and Receptionist at Ronin Capital. In 2020, they joined DRW as a Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, Emma is a People Operations Specialist at Array.

Emma Lockmiller, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2015. In 2019, they completed a Certificate in Professional Studies from Northwestern University and obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM that same year.
