Technical Project Manager at Array

Katy Warren-Parker has been working in the field since 2013, when they began their role as Communications Officer for the US Marine Corps. Katy then moved on to the Hudson Institute in 2017, where they worked as a Research Intern for Political-Military Affairs. In 2018, they joined ANASEC as an Investigative Specialist. In 2019, they became a Cyber Policy Associate for The Joint Staff. In 2020, they were a Systems Architect for Amentum, and they are currently a Technical Project Manager for Array.

Katy Warren-Parker obtained a Master of Arts in International Relations, U.S. Foreign Policy and National Security with a focus on Cybersecurity Policy from American University in 2019. Katy previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2012. Katy is currently preparing for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Exam from LinkedIn, which they expect to obtain in February 2022.
