Mario De Lecce has a wealth of experience in financial services. Mario began their career in 2004 as the Financial Controller at Miroglio, where they were responsible for internal bank controls, market analysis, and fixed income applications. In 2005, they moved to American Express as a Financial Advisor. The following year, they joined Banca Sella as an Associate. In 2007, they were hired as a Relationship Manager for Global Banking at Wells Fargo, where they completed an intensive, six-month, classroom based, credit management-training program. In 2010, they became a Vice President - Business Development Manager at Polaris. In 2012, they were hired as a VP RM - Technology Media & Telecom at Citi, where they developed the Commercial Banking Technology Media & Telecom Group. In 2013, they joined HSBC as a VP Sr. RM - Technology Media & Telecom, where they focused on the largest corporate names in the area. In 2016, they moved to Wells Fargo Securities as a Director Sr. RM - Technology Media & Telecom. Finally, in 2018, they joined Bank Leumi USA as the Group Head of U.S. Technology Banking, where they expanded the bank's coverage into U.S. based technology companies. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Financial Institutions at Array.

Mario De Lecce completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of San Diego between 2000 and 2004. Mario then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Finance from SDA Bocconi between 2005 and 2007.
