Edmundo Heiras Aguirre

Edmundo Heiras Aguirre has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. In their most recent role at Array Marketing starting in 2018, they served as the S&OP Director, responsible for implementing the Sales & Operation planning process across Canada, Mexico, and Poland. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they were the Director of Master Scheduling and Production Control at Array Marketing, where they standardized cross-functional planning departments and managed scheduling and forecasting processes for Canada and Mexico. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, Edmundo held the position of Production and Materials Planning Manager at Array Marketing, overseeing production planning and control for multiple locations and implementing operational improvements.

Before joining Array Marketing, Edmundo worked at Rockwell Automation from 2011 to 2018. During their time there, they held various roles, including Sales and Operations Planning Lead, where they developed global S&OP strategies and statistical tools for forecasting. Edmundo also served as the Production Control Analyst Lead, Acting Production & Inventory Control Manager, and Materials Analyst, where they were responsible for production planning, inventory control, and cycle counting.

In 2011, Edmundo briefly worked for Aquapro as the Supply Chain Logistics Manager, focusing on materials supply for wastewater treatment systems and import-export operations. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of ES Soluciones from 1998 to 2011, specializing in systems design and development, MS Office training, and process coaching and consulting.

Additionally, Edmundo gained experience at Kansas City Southern from 2002 to 2010, where they held roles such as Materials Logistics Manager and Fixed Assets Planning Specialist. Edmundo managed railroad materials inventory, implemented process automation, and handled budget management.

Earlier in their career, Edmundo worked for Movistar as a Technical Support Coordinator, overseeing technical support firms, intranet administration, and hardware planning. Edmundo also served as a Technical Support Analyst - Outsourcing at HEB, where they provided network and systems support, assisted with physical inventory, and managed supplier relations.

Edmundo Heiras Aguirre completed the Supply Chain Management Micromaster program at MITx Courses from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic & Control from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. between 1996 and 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Edmundo obtained various certifications from edX, including the edX Verified Certificate for Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Excel from Microsoft Advanced Analytics in June 2016.
