Igor Tolkach

Igor Tolkach has a diverse range of work experience in the design and manufacturing industry. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at DCNY, where they supervised site operations and managed project schedules for retail store and office space renovations. In 2013, they interned as a Product Design Intern at Mila International, collaborating on the development of kitchenware products.

From 2015 to 2016, Igor held various freelance roles in 3D Modeling and Drafting, working with companies such as Seetin Design Inc, Jozeph Forakis Design, and Dmitriy & Co. During this time, they focused on rendering and marketing materials, as well as creating production manuals and construction details.

In 2017, Igor joined Sheridan & Co as a Freelance 3D Modeling/Drafting specialist, applying design solutions to retail displays and fixtures. The following year, at UAP Company, they served as a Technical Designer, producing digital models and drawing sets for architectural components in commercial projects.

In 2018, Igor became a 3D Designer/Detailer at Impact XM, where they developed 3D renders in 3DS Max and produced design proposal decks. Igor also worked on production and assembly drawings for a team of builders, carpenters, and external vendors.

From 2021 to 2022, Igor worked as a Technical Designer at BAMCO inc, engaged in creating digitally-fabricated architectural facade components. Igor gained expertise in construction materials and attachment methods.

Currently, Igor is a Development Designer at Array Marketing, starting in 2022. Igor is responsible for creating engineering solutions for manufacturing displays in the cosmetics and beauty industry, generating technical drawings, and designing plastic injection-molded components and metal-fabricated parts.

Igor Tolkach pursued their education in a chronological manner. Igor first attended the New York Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology with a focus on Architecture. After a gap in their education, in 2013, Igor attended the Pratt Institute for a brief period, studying Industrial and Product Design. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, they enrolled in the Domus Academy, earning a Master's degree in Product Design within the field of Industrial and Product Design.
