Zayaham Bernal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies.

In 2006, Bernal worked as a Design Engineer at Grupo Metal Intra SAdeCV.

From 2008 to 2010, Bernal served as a Mechanical Project Engineer Leader at Kimberly-Clark, where they successfully increased diaper production and implemented air handling equipment to reduce waste.

From 2010 to 2015, Bernal worked as a Project Engineer at Industrias Metalmecanicas Tultitlan SA de CV. They were responsible for managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects for metal structures, achieving a productivity increase of 10% by implementing better processes.

At Graham Packaging, between 2015 and 2018, Bernal served as a New Products Development (NPD) Engineer. They facilitated the introduction and development of plastic bottle manufacturing products, improving internal standards and achieving cost savings of over 30%.
