Daniel Paiva

Daniel Paiva has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Daniel started their career as a PhD Student and Research Assistant at the University of Brighton in 1997. Daniel then joined the University of Sussex as a Research Fellow and later transitioned to a Software Developer role at Lexical Computing. Daniel also worked as a Software Developer at iCrossing before returning to the University of Sussex as a Research Fellow. Daniel then moved on to Waer Systems Ltd as a Software Developer and Stockopedia as a Natural Language Processing Consultant. After that, Daniel joined Semantico as a Senior Software Developer and eventually moved to Arria NLG as an NLG Specialist. Daniel progressed to the position of Senior Product Owner and is currently working in Arria NLG as an R&D/ML Lead.

Daniel Paiva earned their PhD in Natural Language Processing from the University of Brighton between 1997 and 2004.
