Tom Russell is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in technology partnerships. Currently serving as a Partner at Arriba Advisors since September 2016, Tom specializes in assisting financial institutions in selecting optimal technology partners to enhance competitive advantages. Previously held positions include Area Vice President at both Fiserv and Open Solutions, as well as Executive Vice President at TWS Systems. Tom Russell earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida between 1988 and 1993.
