Edward James has a diverse background in capital markets, real estate, and project management. Currently serving at Arriba Capital since January 2023, Edward previously worked as a Real Estate Broker at Lend Smart Mortgage LLC from February 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Elite Lending Group between May 2020 and February 2022, along with various positions at Tech Parks Arizona from 2013 to 2020, such as Project Coordinator, Business Development Associate, Research Coordinator, Research Assistant, and intern focusing on development and design guidelines. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
