Geir Arne Mo Bjørnseth

Geir Arne Mo Bjørnseth has a strong background in software development and has worked in various senior roles throughout their career. Geir Arne most recently worked as a Senior Developer at Arribatec Group, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste (PST), where they were a Senior Software Developer from January 2008 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining in-house operational applications. Geir Arne worked closely with users on requirements and design, as well as with the development and maintenance of systems. Geir Arne also has extensive knowledge of information security, system architecture, DevOps, and Microsoft technologies. Before joining PST, Geir Arne Mo Bjørnseth worked as a Software Developer at EDB Business Partner Norge AS from June 2001 to December 2007. In this role, they focused on designing, developing, and providing support for a standard lending system used by international banks. Geir Arne worked with customers to gather requirements and design the system, and also contributed to its development and maintenance. Geir Arne has a strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services.

Geir Arne Mo Bjørnseth completed their Master's degree in Information Security from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Gjøvik University College (HiG) from 1998 to 2001.
