Ana Epure

Ana Epure serves as the Live Casino Head of Appearance at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since May 2023, having previously held the same title at Pragmatic Play from October 2021 to May 2023, where a significant overhaul of operations was executed, resulting in a tripling of team size and a 50% reduction in project duration. Earlier experience includes leading Customer Operations for IOS, redefining processes for a B2C iGaming operator, and coordinating recruitment and training at Ascendent Imobiliare Brasov. Additional roles in sales and customer support across various companies contributed to a well-rounded skill set in operations, management, and customer service. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București. Current responsibilities focus on automating and digitalizing processes, enhancing products, and establishing operational structures for new studio locations.
