Andrea Premate

Andrea Premate currently serves as the Global Head of Employer Branding at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since August 2024, bringing extensive experience in employer branding and content strategy. Previously, Andrea held the position of Employer Branding Manager at Wargaming from June 2023 to August 2024 and worked at Diskologika in various roles related to employer branding, thought leadership, and content strategy from May 2013 to August 2024. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Director at Ladder.io from July 2022 to June 2023 and acting as a Thought Leadership Expert and Lead Content Strategist at Influence Podium between December 2020 and July 2022. Andrea earned a BA in European Union from Megatrend University and a 120 Hours Advanced International TESOL Certificate from Global TESOL College, focusing on English language in Tourism.
