Scott Marshall

Scott Marshall currently serves as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Arriva Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Scott worked as General Counsel at Eurostar from September 2011 to November 2021, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on various operational matters across multiple jurisdictions. Before Eurostar, Scott held the position of Group Legal Director at TalkTalk from July 2009 to May 2011 and served as General Counsel & Company Secretary at Tiscali UK Limited from June 2000 to June 2009, contributing to legal oversight during significant acquisitions. Early career experience includes working as an Associate at Linklaters and a Senior Associate at Simpson Grierson. Scott holds a BCom and LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
