Vinay Singhal

Vinay Singhal has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vinay is currently serving as the Vice President at Arrivae since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Attentio Corporate Services LLP as an Executive Partner from January 2016 to March 2021.

From July 2014 to March 2021, Vinay worked as a Business Advisor and Partner at ScaleupStrategy and VPS & Co, Chartered Accountants respectively. Vinay also served as an Associate at CFO Connect from April 2015 to October 2020.

Before their roles in consulting and finance, Vinay gained significant experience at Siemens Ltd. Vinay worked there for 8 years, starting in April 2006 as a Business Administrator and eventually becoming the Business Unit CFO for Energy Transmission. During their tenure, they had responsibilities including heading the Power products business, automation business, and domestic project business. Vinay also led large teams and managed a turnover of above INR 6 billion.

Prior to Siemens Ltd, Vinay worked as a Manager in Finance and Commercial at IFB Industries Ltd from March 2003 to March 2006. Vinay also held the position of Manager Costing at Meta Strips Ltd from March 2001 to April 2003. At Meta Strips, they were responsible for implementing costing systems, developing internal controls, and overseeing the implementation of ERP modules. Vinay also worked on risk management and optimizing financing costs.

Vinay's early career includes roles as a Costing Officer at Recron Synthetics Ltd from 1998 to 2001 and as a Management Auditor at Bhandari Gupta and Associates from May 1997 to January 1998.

From 1993 to 1997, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy. During this time, they studied accountancy, cost analysis, business law, and taxation.

Between 1991 and 1994, Vinay studied at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they earned an Associate of Cost and Works Accountant degree. Vinay'sfield of study included management accounting, costing, and cost analysis.

From 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Diploma in Business Management at the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India in Hyderabad, specializing in financial analysis.

In 2014, Vinay completed a Certificate in Transfer Pricing from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, focusing on international business.

In 1990, they studied at Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Vinay'scoursework encompassed mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
