Kevin Gassaway

Kevin Gassaway currently serves as an Account Manager at Arrivalist, having transitioned from an Account Executive role at AirDNA. Previously, Kevin held the position of Team Lead Housing Specialist at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, where responsibilities included managing a team of six, conducting housing orientations, and ensuring housing stability for a caseload of 70-150 households. Earlier in the career, Kevin gained experience at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver as a Behavior Intervention Specialist and Youth Enrichment Specialist, as well as serving as a RiverGuides Supervisor at UrbanTrekkers. Kevin also worked in various roles including Office Assistant at Colorado State University and Market Research Intern at CBRE. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Colorado State University.
