Mike Robertson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Cashier/Customer Service Associate at Rite Aid. Mike expanded their skills in interpersonal communication, time management, teamwork, and sales. In 2012, they worked as an AV Intern at Rivers Casino, where they set up audio and visual equipment for various events and assisted with the "Live on the River" summer concert series.

In 2013, Mike interned at VisitPittsburgh as a Sports Marketing Intern, gaining experience in coordinating volunteers for events, conducting market research, creating partnership incentives, and managing social media accounts. Mike also worked closely with different departments for rebranding and website maintenance.

Mike joined PromoWest Productions in 2012 as a Guest Services employee, where they provided excellent customer service, maintained venue conditions, and gained experience working in groups through concerts and non-profit events.

From 2013 to 2020, they worked at VisitPITTSBURGH in various roles, including Sports & Meetings Services Manager and Senior Services Manager. In 2020, Mike became an Association Manager at Craven Management Associates, where they continued their event management responsibilities.

In 2021, they took on the role of Marketing and Communications Lead at Fired-Up! Culture, utilizing their skills to advise on destination and travel practices.

Currently, Mike is a part of Arrivalist, starting as an Account Manager in 2022 and progressing to Senior Account Manager in 2023. Mike is now working as the Account Manager Team Lead.

Mike Robertson's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Sports Marketing, from Duquesne University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Mike also studied abroad at the University of Galway in 2011, focusing on Commerce. Recently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at West Virginia University from 2021 to 2023.
