Amy Gannon

Amy Gannon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy began their career as a Market Research Intern at Johnson Bank in 2010, where they conducted brand awareness studies. In 2011, they joined Kforce Inc. as a Director of Talent, where they managed the recruitment process for various clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and provided training to new associates. In 2014, Amy served as the VP of Membership at PMI Madison South Central. Amy then joined Arrive Health (formerly RxRevu) in 2018 and held multiple roles, including Manager of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. In their most recent role at Arrive Health, Amy was the Vice President of Human Resources, leading the HR team and shaping the organization's people strategy. Most recently, in 2022, Amy became a Principal Consultant at A&A HR Consulting.
