Coverage Specialist (temp-to-perm)

Who We Are Arrive Logistics is the fastest growing freight brokerage in the United States. As a freight brokerage, we operate as a middleman between Shippers and Trucking Companies. We connect these Shippers with the Trucking Companies who can transport their freight across North America, and then we manage everything behind the scenes. 

What is a Coverage Specialist?  Coverage Specialists focus on booking “hot shipments.” These are shipments that need to be sold to a trucking company ASAP. This is an Entry-Level position at Arrive. It is a 60 day temporary position, during which the goal will be to transition you to a permanent Carrier Sales role pending your performance. This an awesome opportunity to get your foot in the door and make a long term career in Sales!

What You’ll Do

• Learn the business in our one-week training program, designed to get you ramped quickly & effectively.
• Get on the phone! This is a high-volume role, so be prepared for lots of outbound calls to carriers across the country.
• Secure coverage of “hot shipments” by selling shipments over the phone to carriers who meet our strict requirements.
• Problem-solve through issues that occur during transit.
• Communicate internally with our customer sales team & keep them updated on the status of their customers’ shipments. You are their point of contact for all tracking updates!

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work-ethic in a high volume setting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written).
• An LFG attitude - once you meet us, you’ll see what we means
• Have the ability to be onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
