Eric Cameron

Eric Cameron has over 12 years of experience in human resources. Eric is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Arrive Logistics, where they focus on building and scaling HRBP organizational structures and implementing data-driven strategies for retention and engagement. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Management at Havas Chicago, where they led restructuring efforts and developed employee development and engagement strategies. Eric also has extensive experience at Critical Mass, where they served in various roles, including Human Resources Director, Associate Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Throughout their career, they have successfully enhanced employee engagement, development, and satisfaction and played a central role in global initiatives. Eric's experience also includes positions at Founders Insurance Company and Northwestern College.

Eric Cameron has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business. Eric also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification, obtained in 2013 from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
