Hillary Serena

Hillary Serena has a comprehensive work experience in various logistics and customer service roles. Hillary worked at Arrive Logistics since 2018, starting as an Office Manager before progressing to Customer Sales Manager and then Senior Management in Customer Sales Operations. In 2020, they became the Director of Operations. Prior to that, they held positions at Echo Global Logistics as a Corporate Sales Trainer and a Senior Client Associate. Hillary also worked at Command Transportation as an Operations Manager for eight years and at FedEx Express in customer service. Serena began their career as an Office Manager at Simmons Engineering Corporation.
