Jose Maria Lalama

Jose Maria Lalama is an experienced professional with a background in data analysis and public policy. Currently serving as a Business Development Data Analyst Team Lead at Arrive Logistics since June 2022, Lalama previously held roles at Forager as Quality Control Lead and Operations Coordinator from August 2020 to June 2022, and at Uber Freight in Tracking Ops from October 2019 to July 2020. Lalama’s earlier experience includes a Public Policy Internship at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where involvement in survey data analysis contributed to the 2018 Annual Public Opinion Report, and a Summer Internship in the City of Chicago's 43rd Ward, focusing on constituent communication and database management.
