Nadine Namoff

Nadine Namoff is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Senior Director of People Programs at Brex, where responsibilities include building the talent management function and leading compensation redesign initiatives. Prior roles at Brex include Director of People Partnering and Programs, and Head of Talent and Organizational Development. Previously, Nadine held the position of Senior Director of Learning and Development at Grand Rounds, where oversight included critical development programs. Experience also includes significant roles at Adobe as Senior Talent Development Business Partner, Slalom Consulting as Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, and Accenture as Manager. Additionally, Nadine founded Couture for a Cure, a successful fundraising event, and worked as a Change Management Consultant at RGS Associates, Inc. Education was completed at West Virginia University from 2000 to 2004.
