Stacia Falce has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Stacia is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards at Arrive Logistics since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President, HR Operations at InnovAge from November 2017 to December 2019, where they played a crucial role in centralizing the company's national HR infrastructure. Before InnovAge, Stacia held the position of Director of Global Benefits, Wellness & HRIT at Quantum Corporation, where they achieved significant cost savings and implemented a successful wellness program strategy. Stacia also served as the Director of Employee Benefits at Boston Market and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Amfac Parks & Resorts. Stacia started their career as the Corporate Human Resources & Benefits Manager at Fischbach Corporation.

Stacia Falce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University.
