Cam Kate Adams Chamizo

Kate Adams Chamizo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kate started their career as a Photographer at PORTRAIT INNOVATIONS INC from January 2009 to May 2010. Kate then joined The Model Studio as the Business Office Manager and Lead Photographer from June 2007 to November 2011.

In November 2011, Kate transitioned to Meadow Wood Property Company as a Property Manager, where they handled property operations, budget goals, revenue generation, financial invoicing, and property communications until November 2017.

From November 2017 to July 2022, Kate worked as a Regional Property Manager at KRI Properties, responsible for managing multiple multifamily assets throughout Tampa Bay and ensuring long-term financial success for clients.

Currently, Kate is employed at Link Logistics Real Estate since July 2022 as a Property Manager, overseeing over 2 million sq. ft. of industrial real estate across Tampa Bay.

Kate Adams Chamizo, CAM pursued their education in a chronological order. Kate attended St. Petersburg College from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at the University of South Florida from 2015 to 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification from the National Apartment Association in October 2016.
