Jennifer Strauel

Jennifer Strauel is the current Chief People & Diversity Officer at arrivia. Jennifer has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served as Senior Vice President Human Resources at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE) from December 2018 to December 2021, and as Human Resource Manager, US Supply Chain at Carhartt from September 2015 to July 2018.

At ICE, Jennifer completed a $2.5M renovation of the company's HQ facility and worked diligently to reduce operating expenses in a challenging economy. Jennifer was responsible for all back office operational functions for the organization, including the Operational Excellence Group (internal PMO), Quality Assurance, Business Support Services, Supply Chain Services, Corporate Real Estate, and Facilities Management. Jennifer also provided client-responsive, cost effective, quality controlled operations that translated business vision into state-of-the-art, highly automated services and support for the organization. In addition, they drove continuous improvement and served as an advocate and role model for integrating change and creating excellence in the organization.

At Carhartt, Jennifer was responsible for the Human Resources function for the company's US supply chain. Jennifer was responsible for all aspects of HR for this business unit, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. Jennifer also worked closely with managers to identify training and development needs and implement programs to address those needs.

Jennifer Strauel has a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University in Integrated Communications/Marketing, a Bachelor's of Science from Arizona State University in Business Management, and a Diploma from Dobson High School. Jennifer also has certification from WorldatWork in Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional, SHRM in Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and the International Human Resource Certification Institute in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
