Jennifer Strauel

Jennifer Strauel is currently the Chief People & Diversity Officer at arrivia, a position Jennifer has held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as the Senior Vice President Human Resources at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE) from December 2018 to December 2021. With a background in various HR roles in companies such as Carhartt and Eastern Kentucky University, Jennifer has extensive experience in leading strategic human resource planning, talent acquisition, and developing total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent. Jennifer holds a Masters of Business Administration in Integrated Communications/Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.
