Tom Hicks

Tom Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tom started their career in 2000 at Discover Financial Services as a Quality Control Specialist. In 2002, they joined International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. as a Personal Vacation Consultant and gradually worked their way up to become a Vice President, overseeing various sales and service departments. In 2014, they moved to arrivia, where they held various Vice President positions, specializing in Cruise Operations Optimization and Cruise Member Experience.

Tom Hicks attended Rio Salado College from 2010 to 2013, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they were enrolled at Glendale Community College, also studying Business/Commerce, General.
