Toshiyo Hayashi

Toshiyo Hayashi has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, and corporate accounting. Toshiyo has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Global Accounting and Treasury at arrivia and Vice President of Finance at The Joint Corp. Toshiyo also has experience at CMOC, PVH Corp., Cytec, Pfizer, and Deloitte, where they honed their skills in areas such as investor relations, FP&A, technical accounting, and audit. Hayashi has a strong track record of successfully managing financial operations and implementing efficient processes to drive profitability and cash flow.

Toshiyo Hayashi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Toshiyo also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Rutgers University. In addition, Toshiyo has certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and as a Certified Public Accountant from the New York State Education Department.
