Matthew Verdecchia

Matthew Verdecchia has extensive work experience in human resources, organizational development, and account management. Matthew currently holds the position of Director, People and Culture at ARRO Consulting, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Upper Darby Government from June 2021 to February 2022. From January 2013 to June 2021, they worked at HealthAdvocate as a Sr. Trainer / Organizational Development. Before that, they held roles at HMS, Inc as an EAP Marketing/Account Executive, and at Human Management Services as a Senior Account Manager.

Matthew Verdecchia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Biology from Saint Francis University between 1979 and 1983. Matthew later pursued further education, completing a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Psychology at Villanova University, a program they attended from 1989 to 1991.
