Melissa Underhill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in environmental compliance, executive support, and personal training. Currently serving as the Environmental Compliance and Reporting Officer at ARRO Consulting, Inc. since January 2023, Melissa previously coordinated high-level customer events and supported executive teams at Fulton Financial Advisors from 2016 to 2022. Throughout their career, Melissa demonstrated a proven ability to excel in high-pressure situations and maintain effective communication. As the owner of Underhill Physique, LLC from 2009 to 2015, Melissa developed innovative fitness programs targeting physical activity needs for various age groups.
