Mayra Douglas, SPHR, has a solid background in Human Resources, with experience in various roles across different industries. Mayra currently serves as the Vice President Human Resources at Arrow Child & Family Ministries. Prior to this, Mayra held positions such as HR Director at St. Joseph Medical Center and Human Resources Director at Nexus Specialty Hospital. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management and Accounting, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, Mayra has a strong educational foundation to support their professional accomplishments.

Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
