Michelle Graham is a professional with extensive experience in instructional design, quality improvement, and employee relations. Michelle currently holds the position of Instructional Design and Development Manager at Arrow Child and Family Ministries. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Senior CQI Specialist at the same company and as an Employee Relations Specialist at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). Michelle has a Master of Arts in Learning and Performance Technology, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Instructional Systems Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Arrow Child & Family Ministries serves to advance the well being of children, families, communities, and culture by providing an array of services and engaging the local church to promote Christian responsibility and commitment to strengthen family life. Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
