Sharath Baburaj

Sharath Baburaj, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at PwC, where leadership is demonstrated in overseeing the Technology Training Academy for the PwC Acceleration Center in Bangalore. In this capacity, Sharath focuses on establishing a comprehensive learning framework for both entry-level and experienced employees. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where talent strategy for large business units was developed. Earlier experience as an Assistant Manager at Atul Limited provided foundational skills in organizational operations. Sharath holds a Ph.D. in HR and Organizational Behavior with a focus on Learning and Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, along with an MBA in Finance from T A Pai Management Institute and a BE from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
