Mauro Cipolotti

Mauro Cipolotti has extensive experience in sales and management within the semiconductor and electronics sectors. Currently serving as Field Sales Manager at Arrow Electronics since May 2012, Mauro leads a team of sales professionals and field application engineers, successfully driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Previously, as a Field Sales Representative, sales doubled under Mauro's business development efforts in Santa Catarina State. Mauro's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from a previous role as Representante Comercial at Liam Comercial, where sales tripled over four years, while also holding significant positions at Graftec Electronics and Brascoil Componentes Eletronicos Ltda. Mauro holds degrees in Electronics Technician from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Santa Catarina and in Small Business Administration from Central Washington University, supplemented by an early education in English as a second language.
