Lorena Ruiz

Lorena Ruiz is a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Arrow Energy since September 2018, focusing on commercial and development aspects in Brisbane, Australia, including short-term forecasting and annual business planning for brownfields. Prior experience includes a role as a PhD Candidate at The University of Queensland, where assessment of gas migration pathways from coal reservoirs was conducted, and as a Reservoir Engineer at YPF, where field development plans for mature oil fields were studied. Additionally, Lorena has worked at Repsol in various reservoir engineering capacities, including well testing and field production engineering in both Algeria and Argentina. Lorena holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, earned between 1997 and 2003.
