Don Pratt has a strong background in the insurance industry, with various roles spanning over several decades. Don started their career at Republic Insurance Company in 1985 as a Senior Marketing Representative, where they worked until 1994. Don then joined Royal & SunAlliance as a Regional Marketing Manager from 1995 to 2004. Following this, they worked at Travelers as a Product Specialist for nearly a decade from 2004 to 2013. Currently, Don is employed at Arrow Financial Corporation, where they hold the position of VP, Personal Lines and Support Operations since 2014.
Don Pratt attended the University of Rochester from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Geology.
