Aron Connolly

Aron Connolly is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the aircraft leasing and investment sectors. Currently serving as VP of Origination at Arrow Global Group since September 2022, Aron previously held the position of Associate Vice President in Pricing, Corporate Planning & Investment at ORIX Aviation from September 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included conducting investment analysis on potential aircraft acquisitions. Prior roles at ORIX included Senior Manager, Manager, and Analyst within the same department. Aron began the career with a summer internship at Thomas St John Group in July 2016, focusing on accounting, tax, and operations projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and UC Santa Barbara, complemented by a high school education from St. Fintan's High School.
