Sharon Starkey

Sharon Starkey serves as the HR Director for Investments at Arrow Global Group, a position held since April 2023, where responsibilities include partnering with investment teams to enhance capability and drive talent development while promoting an inclusive culture and managing M&A strategic integration. Prior to this, Sharon held the role of Chief People Officer at London & Capital from May 2019 to January 2023, overseeing HR functions for a wealth and asset management firm. Previous experience includes positions at Allianz Global Investors, Rothschild, Numis Securities, and Bear Stearns/JP Morgan, with a focus on cultural integration, strategic HR management, and operational leadership within the financial services sector. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Economic & Social History from the University of Bristol and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Westminster.
