Mike Way

Mike Way has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Arrow International, Inc. since March 2008. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Director of Operations at Specialty Manufacturing from January 1997 to March 2008. Earlier in their career, Mike was the Purchasing and Production Manager at Gargoyles Performance Eye Wear and the Procurement Controller at Boeing. Educationally, Mike Way holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from Pacific Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Finance with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Central Washington University.
