Ryan Kuperus

Ryan Kuperus is the President and Co-Founder of The Reason Outdoors, an organization aimed at providing outdoor adventures for veterans, first responders, and their children. Since August 2023, Ryan has continued to expand expertise through roles at L9 Consulting in exercise design and operations, as a business owner at Hunting Carolinas, and as a contractor for Arrow Security & Training LLC, among other entrepreneurial ventures. Notable prior experience includes serving as a Co-Owner of Mortalis Outdoor Adventures and a recovering servicemember at Wounded Warrior Bn East. Ryan's military background comprises significant leadership roles, including Chief Instructor at SOTG II MEF, Team Leader in Force Reconnaissance Co II MEF, and responsibilities in the 2D Recon Bn. Educational credentials include a degree in Liberal Arts from Monroe Community College.
