Donnie Whitaker

Donnie Whitaker serves as Arrow Strategies’ Director of Sales Engineering. He is responsible for increasing sales, development of existing, and new business relationships. Donnie has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years prior to rejoining the Arrow Strategies team this year. Donnie has worked in all aspects of the staffing industry from recruiting, account management, to new business development. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Donnie was born and raised in the state of Michigan where he continues to live in Northern Oakland County raising his 3 sons with his wife, Tammy. He enjoys all sports, running, outdoors, and traveling.
