Eric Williams

Eric Williams has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Eric has held various roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition at Arrow Strategies since 2019, Director of Delivery at mCubed Staffing from 2018 to 2019, Talent Acquisition Lead at Custom Business Solutions, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, and Strategic Relationship Director at Kforce from 2013 to 2015. Eric also worked at Arrow Strategies LLC from 2005 to 2013, where they served as a Senior Recruiter and later as a Recruiting Manager.

Eric Williams attended Lake Superior State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science.
