Tee Jay Macapagal has over 17 years of experience in contact center operations, currently serving as Managing VP, Contact Center Operations Support at PSCU since July 2020. Previously held roles include VP of Contact Center Operations and Director of Card Services at Primax, and VP of Operations at Aspire Lifestyles. Tee Jay successfully managed large teams of over 500 FTE across multiple locations, developed operational processes and performance management plans, and focused on budget balancing and enhancing SOPs. Early career experiences include senior operational roles at Teleperformance and West Corporation where Tee Jay launched new sites, improved performance metrics, and led international operational transitions. Tee Jay holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Engineering from Adamson University.
